We will match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance and repair using VW genuine parts from any garage within a five mile radius.
Customers will be offered a courtesy car, a lift to work or home or a vehicle collection and delivery service as required and appropriate within a 10 mile radius.
Every time a car is in D. M. KEITH Ltd for a job taking over an hour, it will receive a complimentary wash. If the job takes less than an hour, you can still request a free wash and if we can do it we will.
When your car is in for a service we’ll fit your wiper blades and exterior bulbs (including sidelights, many headlights but not all, brake lights, fog lights, reverse and indicator bulbs) bought from us free of charge. (A quote will be offered for the replacement of interior, other headlights, xenon or LED lights).
A free 34-point visual health check of all the car’s ‘basics’, with no obligation.
All new car models will be offered with a ‘D. M. KEITH Service Plan’, a monthly payment schedule to spread the cost of routine servicing with absolutely no interest charges.
All customers who take out service plan with D. M. KEITH Ltd will receive free MoT tests for the life of the plan.
All the right service, maintenance and repair jobs will be carried out according to the recommended times; we’ll give you a two-year parts and labour warranty on all parts fitted after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired (excludes wear and tear items). The invoice will match the booking price and we will always ask you before we carry out any additional work.
All cars will be worked on by experts who receive the latest Volkswagen group training and have instant access to the most up-to-date Volkswagen tooling, technology, and information systems.
In the event of a problem after service or repair, customers will be offered a face-to-face road test to demonstrate their concerns to a qualified technician who can then assess the issue.
